Disgusted by them, my son in France ordered Mother's Day flowers for me, it is now Monday evening and still no flowers and conveniently Interflora are not answering their phone lines even after waiting for 15 minutes on hold each time I have tried to phone them. So not only no flowers but huge phone bill. I will never use them again.
