I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered the day before, it didn't arrive despite an email to tell me it was on it's way. I called, it took 20 mins to get through to someone. Apparently the ordered never arrived at the courier's depot, obviously no one is checking that these orders are being fulfilled. The item I ordered was no longer available - so the best they could do was send a generic bunch of flowers which I could not choose or view! They did however give me a full refund. It took another 15 mins to establish all this, so over half an hour to sort it out. I would be reluctant to use interflora again.
