Ordered flowers for same day delivery, prior to cut of time. Flowers have not been delivered and the email informing me was addressed to the wrong person. I have phoned customer services selecting each of their 4 options and I'm instantly hung up on, sometimes not even a dial tone. Have also sent an email and am still waiting on response. There tracking systems states that only the order has been received but I have an email to say it it en-route. Can't believe either. I will never use Interflora again and will use local florists that deliver.
