“No flowers ordered, one disappointed Mum”

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Mum's retirement as I couldn't be there for the day.
I told my Dad that they were coming, and he let me know about 5.30pm that nothing had been delivered, so I tried to chase it up with the Customer Care Centre.... they didn't answer the phone twice and both times I was on hold for about 20 minutes with the same song on a loop.

Still nothing has been delivered, and I've heard nothing from them.
I will NEVER order from Interflora again - I thought ordering through them would give me confidence.
