I paid £14 delivery to guarantee mothers day arrival on behalf of niece and nephew for flowers, a balloon and chocolates which didn't arrive, no phone all or email but a very upset 9 year old who was waiting for them to arrive. By the time I realised my sister hadn't received them the phone lines were closed, but they had still advertised same day delivery online. They shoul be ashamed of themselves and their non existent customer service.
