I ordered a same day delivery for my sisters birthday today and have just been told that the item has not been delivered, despite me paying extra for same day delivery! When I complained to the customer services department I was told that even though the item has been marked as delivered online some florists mark it as delivered when it is loaded in the van and not when it's actually been delivered to the person! Kept on hold for 15 minutes before someone bothered to answer as well, because they have had so many complaints from Mother's Day orders! Will never use Interflora again.
