Never buy anything from this site. they dont even know how to talk to their customers and deliveries are always late.  Losers.

Friends never ever order ... Everything is bad abt them .., wht to say. I think they r few people who are not even educated ..I would just say if we all unite we can file case against them .They spoiled everything  ..So u can imagine ..

It's about the valentines flowers order. The flowers were never delivered. I tried to get and answer for 4 days. Till the 18/2/16@1020, no one had any information, except they kept saying the order was delivered. Then @ 11am they tell me order cancelled on 15/2/16. I know they are lying about the dates. I'm still awaiting refund. Really rude staff and management.

They don't even give proper information to customer in chat as well and after that they deny from what they said. A pathetic system.

Dont ever bother using them again .. they dont delvier any occassion in time .. i had rakhis missing in consecutive years .. its makes it worst celebrations ever ..

worst service , i have order a cake for my dad mom anniversary . they delivered it late and evn the cake which i order was different and which we received was something else. pathetic people and their service

I placed order on indiaflowermall and they failed to deliver order on my mum's bday even though after placing order then charged me extra for shipping to a remote area. please find some other website, do not trust them. I am know going to wait for my refund in 5 - 7 days and lets see if they do that also or not. My order number was IFM154443. Their customer service reps are always available on chat though. Fault is at management end, not their sales reps according to me.

I had send online eggless cake on 16th February 2015 to Goa. It cost me 28.50 dollars to send the cake. When cake was delivered and during birthday celebration the box was opened and to surprise the cake was damaged one side. It was not in round and one side up. Also when it was cut it was dry as and not to be eaten . Whole cake was thrown out in bin. Guys I humbly request all you guys not to use this online site which operates in Goa as Goa online gifts. The worst ever online site I have come accross and the customer service is so bad they never bother to reply or refund or replace cake. Worst worst worst. Ranjan

Agree to all the reviews posted.Never ever use their pathetic service. They charged me Rs. 300 for fixed time delivery and also confirmed the same on telecall and failed to do so. Also, all the products which they offer are not available. Extremely shameful customer service. They promised to deliver on time but failed to do so. also not able to give clarification. Ordered for carnation and after taking money thay said they will deliver roses as the carnations are not available. Disgusting!

Worst online service ever... Ordered cake 10 days before so it will be delivered on time,but no.. When called the customer support, that guy was rude and before I finished talking he disconnected the phone.. When had an online chat, that guy says " we cannot be on one call for hours".. Seriously??? If you cannot handle the customers then shut your business and stop cheating people.. Will never come back.. Horrible experience.. Would not recommend anyone to this site..

I sent a combination of bouquet and cake that need to be delivered on 14 I booked it on 7. They took that combo on 9 called the receiver which was a surprise. He told them it must be delivered on 14 or 15. The delivery boy went back. When i called the customer service next day no one picked up then i did the online chatting and asked him to deliver fresh flowers and fresh cake on 14. He promised me to do so. And on 14 they sent the same cake and flowers. Flowers were not fresh and cake was hard. They are big cheaters and liars. Never use this website named as indiaflowermall.com. Fake people fake website

I made an online order with order and as per their charges I paid Rs. 300 extra for a fixed time delivery. But my order was nowhere delivered in even an hour buffer window of the stipulated time. My time mentioned was 12 pm and it was delivered at 2:15 p.m. after me making several calls to them. I doubt if it would have been delivered have not I enquired about my order. This is extremely annoying and disgusting and standards of very poor service delivery given that the delivery was not complimentary and I was charged additionally for it. My order was delivered when the entire function was in the process of wrapping up and guests have left. I am very disappointed with their unsatisfactory service. This was my first experience with them and turned out to be a bitter one. With not expecting much from them, I just hope they refund me back the fix time delivery charges that I have paid which they didn't dispose. I wish I would have read the reviews before transacting with them. Now after reading the review I am even doubtful of what they might have delivered for a price of around Rs. 2200 for just a flower bouquet !

I ordered orchid ,cake & doll & delivery ay 6 am. All together 2700 rs.these horrible people,didn't deliver on time, delivery was done @ 5 pm aft calling many times.i had to force them to use fixed charge delivery cost to chocolates. On top. Of tat, instead of orchid these cheater replaced just 9 red roses. PL DONT ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

Friends I am frequently buy online and have great online experience with various online shopping portal. I dnt know in which bad moment I took decision to place order on this pathetic site... I placed oreder for simple 3 nos of temptation choclate on 12th May 2014 & mentioned to deliver on same day. As soon as I placed order I call the so called hopeless customer care & they give me confirmation that your payment is received and order processed. On 12th may in late night 11.30PM someone called up the receiver and ask her that where are you I want to deliver your parcel...(I was told that parcel will reach by 8.00PM as I have given the office address which normally got closed after 8.00PM) Then she has been told that parcel will be delivered on next day as she was not available that day... Now the real fun starts....from next day that local courier guy in mumbai stoopped answering calls...and once he received my call and told me dont talk to us and talk to delhi office for delivery !!!! I called up delhi office and ask them the status(How fool I am..) which they never know...they told me to wait till evening and parcel will get deliver...and in a few minutes after that i received mail that delivery done successfully.... I called up my friend ask her how was the choclate...she asked whcich choclate...she didnt received anything..I got so angry..I called up again f****ing customer care and told them to cancel the order..they are least bothered..and told me to send mail for cancellation which I did immediately. I was waiting for some sort of mail confirmation from their side as a normal practice from other online portals(Again how fool I am..) Since that day I doing only follow ups on call for getting my moneyback..I have not received any mail confirmation also till date..everyday they says that by today evening you will get mail...when that evening will come. They dont have any feedback facility on their site...no toll free customer care..no proper tracking system....in all you will make your life like hell once you place order...wait endlessly and harassment free with every order.. I am searching some site from where I can lodge a complaint in police.

Pathetic service and rude people at customer support, I am really frustrated and sad to say this that there is no concept of customer service or understanding that why people send flowers to their loved ones, for them its just a business but for a sender it's emotions and best wishes. indiaflowermall - get your business right , shame on you 

They do not commit the service at all , the order which was supposed to be ordered in the morning was sent in the evening and when you call again and again they would not respond. Do not use the serivices of them at all.
