Ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day a week early, and had it set up for a 2/13 delivery. Didn't happen. Called them and was told the florist would deliver the next day and was offered a $15 off credit. Followed up via email on 2/14, and received a response within 45 min apologizing for the inconvenience and promising an investigation and response. 9 hours, 3 follow up emails, and 1 hour of hold time (which was eventually disconnected) later, and still no answer. The only thing they followed through on was the $15 credit. I would strongly urge anyone considering using these guys to keep looking. They definitely put the "F You" in FromYouFlowers.
