Stay away from this company. I ordered the "Birthday Cake" Flowers for my grandfather's 90th birthday and he received carnations in a cup. The delivery was NOT the same day but delivered a day late. I was offered a resend for the flower, what good would that do? He just received flowers. I was offered a 50% refund and gift certificate, that is all they would do. When I went to use the gift certificate, it was not good. They advertise a "customer guarantee but DO NOT STAND BY IT".
Please avoid this company and order from a florist direct.
My mistake for not reviewing this company prior to ordering the flowers. Please do not make the same mistake I did.
