DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

So I was in the need badly to send flowers.. First mistake was..that I didn't look at their review for From You Flowers. But anyway, I ordered the flowers on line...yesterday, get a call saying they couldn't deliver them on Sunday like they said and was wondering if they could be delivered today Saturday. I said yes....so NOW I just get a call saying that they can not deliver the flowers. First they say because of the design I picked out...So then I said just send a dozen of roses and let me talk to your supervisor. Well after raised voice and finally getting through that I want to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor gets on the phone and says...its not because of the design...its because the florist we go through don't want to drive outside of the area they are in. BUT do have 2 other options and that is send from the grower to the party you want BUT we can't do that because its to late and it should have been done yesterday. My comment was well I spoke to y'all and nothing was said last night when I was told and asked if the arrangement could be sent today instead of tomorrow. Sunday. So here I am unable to send flowers because no one one can send or mail overnight an arrangement because of the excuses from From You Flowers.
