I ordered a rose arrangement in a red vase along with 2 mylar birthday balloons and chocalote covered strawberries that were shown in a nice candy dish. I paid $168.95. When the items arrived the roses were NOT in a red vase but rather a clear vase that resembled a jar. The balloons DID NOT become come at all. The chocalote did not come in a candy dish but rather in a box. Furthermore they offered me a $20 discount coupon earlier when there was a problem with the delivery date and when I tried to use it you got a whole series of endless sales pitches trying to sell you anything from emergency alerts to insurance. I was never able to find an end to thier telemarketing to actually utilize the gift certificate. I can express more profoundly that this is by far the worst complaint I've ever had with a vendor. I would never consider using them again. Never.
