I ordered an arrangement. The day of scheduled delivery the flowers never arrived. I never received an e-mail or phone call. After 10 minutes on hold, the gentleman said they were unable to find anyone to deliver the flowers that day. What? So, he PROMISED the next day they would arrive upgraded and with a note of apology Guess what?! They never arrived that day either. After 15 minutes or more on hold, I finally got the order cancelled without so much even of an apology. Save yourself headache and send the flowers with another company.
