I placed my order a day ahead and even paid an expidite fee to be delivered by 12pm for my wifes birthday and they have not arrived. I email the company and no response and when I call the number it goes to an automated message saying that they can not help track orders over the phone so to please use website. Well the website does not even help you so here we are wondering if and when the flowers will arrive? My wife worked a half a day and its Friday so if they come now then she will not see them until Monday. The price of the flowers, card, 1 ballon and the expidite fees, I should of just went to my local flourist, but I thought the delivery to her would really brighten her day. Maybe I am just the unfortionate one that this happened to but I wont do it again.
