Never ever again will I order from fromyouflowers!!!!

This was the first time I had ordered fromyouflowers. com and I never will again. Sent a plant to my brother who had just lost his son and they delivered the wrong plant. When I found out 2 weeks after delivery they said they would either give me a discount or I could keep what they delivered. I said I wanted what I ordered and they said it would be delivered that day or the next. When it was not delivered 3 days later they said the local florist had not gotten back to them. They again said that it would be delivered and then I received a call the next day saying that the florists do not have it in stock and I could get a 50% discount. No thanks I said as I will contact my credit card company and withhold payment. They then said that the would refund me 100% but I am not betting on it. Do you have the flowers and plants that you say you do or not - if not, don't advertise that you do. And especially don't try to send some inexpensive replacement!!!!!
