AWFUL

I Never write reviews because I never have a problem with a company I feel I have to report but I have to say dealing with from you flowers I feel I gotta speak up. I ordered a balloon arrangement for my fiancé two days before his birthday, I even paid extra to have it delivered before noon. it was 11:30 and I had a feeling that something was wrong so I called them and come to find out there was some sort of mix up and they weren't aware the order was supposed to be delivered by noon, they apologized from here to the moon, refunded the money I paid to have it expedited and said it would be delivered in the afternoon. 4:30 comes around and I get a phone call from them saying well sorry but the local florist is passed their delivery time and your balloons will not be delivered till tomorrow! What?! I almost lost it! I demanded they refund my money and made it clear that I did not want the balloons a day after his birthday.I am unable to leave my house due to an injury do I trusted that they would help me make my fiances Birthday special. They failed and I can honestly day I will order from them and I will definitely NOT recommend!!!!!
