Gross misrepresentation of arrangements

I ordered a bouquet for a friend based on the pictures on the fromyourflowers website. My friend posted a picture of it & it was nothing like the picture. Alot fewer flowers,not all that were in the website picture & more greenery.When I called the company, I got the run around about how I was paying for the price per stem & I really got the highest priced arrangement instead of the deluxe. Then they were going to credit me 10% & a $10 gift card. Told them that wasn't agreeable to me, that at this point I wanted $10 off. Had to get a supervisor, she started the same song & dance. I told her the picture on the website vs the picture of what was received was a gross misrepresentation & I felt that I have been deceived & that under the deluxe picture it said "Flowers will be arranged as similarly to our website picture as possible." She said all that meant was that the florist could arrange with what they have on hand & it was price per stem. So she ended up give me $10 off. BUT I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE USE THEM.
