Wish I read this before!! Never again!!! Fromyouflowers.crap

Ordered a $60 dollar bouquet for my sister that was in the hospital.. My other sister and I wanted to surprise Her and paid for same day delivery!! The day came nothing .. Waited and waited nothing finally called customer service and ask for fee to be reimbursed he offered me an upgrade... And that the florist would deliver the next day. I said fine .. Next day comes my sister received my other sister bouquet not what she ordered crappy flowers no the same color and a lot of fillers green things....very deceived... My bouquet is still no where to be found I called back....they blamed the florist that they got confused...I got tired and decided to cancel and get my money back...they said it will take 2 business days for refund.. I did received refund for expedited fee 4$ . Hopefully I will get all my money back!After cancelation my sister tells me the florist came and delivered some flowers and ask for the vase back of the first bouquet!!! How getto can you get!!! That glass vase was included in the price and the florist wanted it back!!! They wouldn't leave until the got the vase back!!! Never deal with this company!! If I don't get my refund I will be very mad!!!
