Did not deliver within 4 hours as promised. Also did not have any system set up to deal with customers that they have wronged. My girlfriend did NOT get the bouquet I ordered her. I jumped through hoops to get the order in on time to get her the flowers before 1pm(I had surgery, & had to go to the bank and deposit $ before I could order them, which made me late to surgery, then made the surgery center wait for me as I ordered the flowers) I'm upset that they didn't arrive. All they offered was a refund, but that doesn't make up for the fact that my gf didn't get the emotionally-charged surprise I wanted to get her for keeping my spirits up in the middle of a long, painful series of surgeries that's culminating in me losing any use of my thumb. Screw you, fromyouflowers.com, you made my already miserable year that much worse.
