I ordered flowers for Mother's Day back in April to be delivered on May 9, 2014. As of May 11, 2014 (Mother's Day), they were still nowhere in site. I was offered a $10 gift certificate (like I would use them again) and told that they would be delivered on Tuesday. I contacted them today (Wednesday) and now I'm being told that the arrangement won't be available till tomorrow. Are they kidding me? That's SIX days after they were supposed to be delivered. I've now cancelled the order and they actually replied with "we hope you keep us in mind for your future floral needs". Hahaha, what a joke!
