Ordered 2 items online, paid extra for GUARANTEED same day delivery and flowers that were sent were mediocre at best.... fruit basket never made it to the grieving family and company said the florist that got that part of the order had already sent to them that they delivered so company refused to do anything about it until Monday when the florist was open again..... I asked for a supervisor which took 3 requests, fruit basket was impossible to order elsewhere so I demanded a refund immediately so I could order elsewhere.....took over 30 minutes of speaking with the supervisor and demanding her to do something today as they advertise 24/7 customer service and this was simply unacceptable....they offered me a gift card.....seriously?? I was finally able to get a refund approved with the disclosure that because the florist said it was delivered they would go to the house and pick it up from the family..... go ahead, it wasn't delivered was my response.....UGH!!! Should have read the BBB reviews before using this crappy service.
