“WORST PEOPLE EVER”

Ordered same day delivery, paid extra for BEFORE noon delivery. Called around 11:45 when I knew the flowers hadn't arrived, and they stalled me. Returned my money for the before noon delivery, but then promised before 2pm. Now it is 2:30pm and they are still giving me the run around. Don't seem to want to let me cancel the order. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I had the same experience a few years ago but I honestly forgot until I started dealing with this today. I will just call a local florist in the future.
