I've used Forever florist many times and will continue to use them. I've never had any problems. They have a good selection and the best prices. Their staff also go to a lot of effort to ensure that your needs are fulfilled. They are especially good because you can pay with paypal and their staff will keep you updated with any orders. Ordered 2 hampers and bouquet. Website support excellent. Had to change delivery date and they were vey helpful . Delivered on time Unfortunately quality of product let them down. Hampers overpriced and items changed for inferior product. Flowers also disappointing. (read more)

I first started using Forever Florist several years ago to send gifts/flowers to my extended family. After initially being prompted to supply a telephone number the have sorted out numerous addressing errors on my part. I use them at least once a month and cannot believe the service they provide for the price, they have yet to disappoint me. A1. (read more)

i got a phone call on the day before valentines day and they said they would deliver flower to me. on valentines day, nobody cames, then i rang to check what time they would come to my office but nobody could give me the answer. So i told them to deliver in the next day because my office was going to close. on the next day, nobody came again. My fiance said he wanted to surprise me on valentines day and i could feel he was very disappointed and worried because they already charged the money... (read more)

I have used forever florist thailand three times and they have been fantastic each time. Flowers were delivered at the requested time and date. The most recent time they even emailed me previously to delivery to notify me that they had to change the box of chocalates because the original ones were not available. Can not pick a fault at all with there service and will continue to use them. (read more)

I have had some mixed feelings when using online florists over valentines, but being away from my g/f I still want the day to be special for her.
