Ordered flowers for delivery in Bangkok. My wife sent me the photo and I was surprised to see they looked better than the website. They also delivered them in less than 4 hours, which was pretty surprising. Finally, their website is excellent. **Please read Before using this company** I paid almost 3000thb for a dozen of PINK roses but they are not fresh and almost dying. The recipient likes scent of roses so I chose roses but no scents at all. It’s very disappointing quality. They called and told my recipient that I gave them only 1 star review. It’s totally unnecessary and unacceptable. This is harassment. It’s very unpleasant experience with this company. They never refund your charge and try to give “a complimentary replacement”. We declined because we didn’t want go through another nightmare and harassment. Please be aware of this company practice. I wish I can give them 0 star. By the way, they still claim the flower is fresh & good PINK roses after seeing the photo. You be the judge. I noticed that almost all people gave them good review have no reviews except this company.

I sent a dear friend a get well fruit basket and she took pictures of the rotten fruits that arrived in the basket ! I have never experienced such poor quality basket in all my years of sending these things. Several fruits appear to have come from China - it’s a pity since I wud have just preferred them to use local fruits if it meant fresher quality as Thailand’s fresh fruits quality is second to none ! While their service and follow ups are good - it came down to quality of the products they represent ! I won’t use them ever again !

Ordered Valentine's Day Flowers 3 days ahead. Specifically asked for morning delivery to my partner's work. At 5 pm she still hadn't received them, so I contacted Forever Florist to see what has happened. They assured me the flowers would be delivered and if the delivery could not be made before she left work, she would be contacted and flowers re-routed to a destination of her choice. FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED and my Partner never contacted. The website has an order tracking service. For 18 hours the message said the order was processed and currently being delivered may take 6 hours. Next day the tracking service said the order had been delivered. 2 days later upon hearing my flowers never arrived, I contacted the manager of Forever Florist Thailand who said was going to launch an immediate investigation. Wanted to resend flowers but the moment had gone. I asked for a total refund.

Pathetic service, I placed order 1 day in advance, but flowers were not delivered on time. Zero Customer Care/Service: 1. They removed the live chat feature from website. 2. Tried to call their phone many times, no one answers. 3. False promises in Contact form email replies. Then they give a reason they have peak orders on occasions (although I placed order in advance) that might delay the delivery. Man if you cannot handle big business, just do not do it. At-least it would not ruin someone's special occasions

I used Forever florist indonesia and the products delivered were low grade. The balloon had burst, the teddy bear was 10 cm high. Against the display on the web site it looked much bigger. There was no note attached and it all arrived in an untidy haphazard pile. The roses were `ok. Really disappointed and I am currently trying to get at least a partial refund, I ordered the premie package. I would say it was unclear what difference there was between the various levels. Never ever again

If it is important that you have flowers delivered-this is NOT the company to do it. The flowers were for a once in a lifetime 25th wedding anniversary. I conversed numerous times by email, making sure they understood everything, and was assured several times they would and could deliver the flowers without fail. THEY TOTALLY FAILED TO DELIVER THE FLOWERS! I wrote that if they needed to contact me they were to do it by text message and NOT email. Yet they failed to contact me by text. They said the credit card charge was removed "immediately" yet they did not reverse the charge until AFTER I filed a grievance with the credit card company. And because I trusted they removed the charge, I didn't pay that amount of the credit card bill; and as a result, I received late fees and interest, plus international fees of which they refuse to refund. This company is totally untrustworthy! If delivery is important to you-this company CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

I ordered from overseas over their WEB 2.2.2015 for 170USD Flowers to be deliverd the 14.2.2015 Valentine. Confirmation received after payement was done correct. On Valentine NO DELIVERY / NO CALL / NO RESPONSE ON SEVERAL MAIL. I was very unhappy because this Company cheated me. My Advise to you - Keep your order away from this Company to avoid this miserable experience.

I would suggest to all of you, please do not engage this flower service. Very poor delivery service.. took ages to deliver to my girlfriend till almost midnight. They had to call her because they can't find the address. How would you call it a surprise when they called and told her its flower delivery. Big Big disappointment.. i would not ever forever buy flowers from them again.
