An elderly gentleman paid from his pension to send me a bouquet of flowers. They were not only half dead and drooping when they arrived, but I had to take layers of petals from the roses in order to get rid of most of the brown. Disgraceful, but when I look at how Flying Flowers get reviews they get the buyer to send in a review, not the recipient. Am I going to tell my friend that his present was almost DEAD when it arrived? I don't think so. Biased sampling of customers. I emailed Flying Flowers straight away (around Dec 21st) and have not yet had a reply.
Disgraceful.
