I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to an Aunt. I had an email back to say they could not be delivered to that area, so they commissioned Interflora to deliver them. The recipient was out at the time of the delivery and so the flowers were left outside the house in the rain. When the recipient came home, they were ruined. I have contacted Flying Flowers and, although they have promised to get back to me with an answer and refund, have not done so, despite reminders. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER USING FLYING FLOWERS AGAIN.
