My husband ordered me a bouquet from Flying Flowers for Mother's Day using an offer advertised in the Daily Express. The flowers on arrival had broken stems, leaves falling off and broken flower heads. Part of the offer had been a free luxury ribbon (small piece of twine like ribbon), free chocolates (missing) and a free vase. On complaining to Flying Flowers they did apologise and sent another undamaged bouquet and, "as a gesture of goodwill", enclosed the chocolates that had been part of the offer!!! I would not recommend this company.
