“worst company ever”

I placed an order on Monday 10th feb for 24 roses to be delivered on 14th feb but on the 13th received an email saying they couldn't guarantee the quality of the flowers for the time spent in transit but offered me a replacement, I wasn't happy with the ones they had chosen but was told my order had already been processed so a refund couldn't be given they did (surely they should check you like the replacement flowers before just picking some) however said they would process a 50% refund to my card. I left it at that to wait to see what the replacement flowers looked like. My girlfriend then contacts me on the 13th Feb to say the flowers had arrived I received a photo of the flowers and they aren't even the replacement ones they said they would send I would of gladly accepted the 50% refund if the replacement bunch had actually arrived and looked nice but ive sent a email to them but over 3 hrs ago now and have not had a reply . Take this as a warning to steer well clear of this company
