I have ordered flowers for special occasions for years from this company, only a couple of dissapointments until the last two years. My mother was unfortunate enough to have been born on 12th February, and I always send flowers on this occasion.
A new policy with flying flowers is that you can only order the valentine selection or two other bunches from their usual selection for the whole week of valentines day, meaning that I could not send mum the flowers that I would have liked. If I had remembered this in time, I certainly would have chosen flowers from another company.
It would be better if they advertised this fact in their leaflet, enabling customers to make a more informed choice on these occasions, instesd of having to make a last minute decision over the phone.
