I ordered flowers and chocolates on 5th November for a friend who had just got home from hospital after a big operation and wanted to cheer her up a bit. On the order form it states FREE delivery by Royal Mail but as I wanted a specific date I opted to pay £3.99 on top for Courier delivery on the 8th. Nothing that day or the next. Flying flowers said they went out on the 6th and with it being Sunday tomorrow if I'm lucky they will arrive on Monday but God only knows what kind of state they are going to be in by then 5 days later. Will never use this company again...they are a joke!
