DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered flowers for Valentine's day weeks in advance and they simply emailed me the day AFTER to apologize for not being able to fill the order. The customer service is atrocious. STAY AWAY from this company if you actually need flowers for any occasion. I called 9 times Valentine's day to see when they were being delivered and they continued to say they would let me know. Please do yourself a favor and use a different company

Wish I could have gotten what I paid for but instead I got a different basket with different colors and no bird/nest. This last minute substitution was done too late for me to cancel and had to get a replacement. Take the substitute offer or your Mom gets nothing. No discount, no consolation. Take it or leave it.

“They are Sham Artists”

This company have a policy that written in fine that they can deliver anything you want other than what you order. They did this to me and tried to used this excuses to whitewashed their mistakes. I paid for deluxe spray, they sent me nothing that look like it in color, size or designs. Then they said in their disclaimer it state so! And only want to refund me the deluxe size different! That like $35 out of the $250 I paid for that they messed up!!It nothings like the same photo sham artist!! Such a pathological liar. Read other reviews and many happen the same things. I read tried to get away by giving them partial payment. I fell into this site by reading all those positive reviews on their site, well the only things you can’t even leave reviews on their site and I am sure those are fake reviews now! Do not buy unless you want the disappointment, embarrassment and disgust arrangement sent to your family funeral service like me. It’s an event that can never be taken lightly or redo.

“Mother's Day Gift”

1. The flowers I received were not the same type of flowers in ad/pic and were much cheaper flowers. 2. The flower which I paid for same day and rush were not delivered on time or on the right day. 3. Was told since they late the flower would but graded to the next level up ( Then in fact only to be downgraded from what was purchased). The flowers my wife received we're Comparable to a ten dollar bundle you get from the gas station. 4. Flowers already began to wilt one day later.

“Scam Company!!! Terrible experience ”

We ordered flowers for our Mother's funeral service. The website shows the arrangement we agreed on and her favorite colors. Paid an additional outrageous delivery fee for the date and time we agreed on. Recieved a call next am very early due to time difference... saying that a delivery arrived a day and half early, not the arrangement agreed on, dead/brown/dropped flower petals/ green leafy filler with overdone baby's breath/ and none of the roses and beautiful flowers we selected. The funeral home and sister wouldn't display it as it was dead and not presentable. Wrote the company and all they wanted to do was give 20% back of our TTL costs and so forth. This doesn't even begin to cover the taxes and fees and not even the moment we can get back. A total BS sham company. As a florist myself I would suggest to take your business elsewhere. If you want fresh beautiful flowers or arrangements you can do better yourself rather than this company! Website is not what you're getting. Good luck.

I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday. I paid for an upgrade to premium and to add balloons. Not only did they not give me balloons, or an upgrade, the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to have a beautiful glass butterfly vase, they replaced it with a smaller tin. Not realizing this is in US currency (my fault) in total this came to $170 Canadian. Severely disappointed is understatement. I contacted the company and they offered me 15% back- that doesn’t even cover the extra balloons I ordered. Biggest sham ever.

“Ugliest Christmas Flowers Ever”

I paid 72.50 for an arrangement that was totally unacceptable. Colors were substituted which would have been fine if the colors used were coordinated with the oversized red/white/blue bow. Such an embarrassment of a gift for my sister. After multiple emails they agreed that the arrangement was smaller than the one I ordered and gave me a partial refund of 13.50. They refused to give me a full refund and could not give me the name of the shop that filled the order, which is unacceptable as well. I would recommend no one use this service.

“Not as advertised”

I ordered flowers and first I got word that the arrangement I chose wasn’t available but could offer a “designer’s choice” arrangement that would be comparable. I agreed as by then I couldn’t order from elsewhere and get it there in time. Then I got a message saying it couldn’t be delivered as promised but they would give a $10 rebate to make up for it and by that point of course there aren’t any options so I said fine. I got a photo of what was delivered and I’d argue it is not at all comparable to the arrangement we paid $71 for and had expected. What we got was significantly smaller with fewer flowers than the image of what we ordered, and had it been on the photo gallery with that price tag, I would never have ordered it.

“Nothing like pictured ”

I ordered an arrangement for my parents and paid over $100 with shipping. What I ordered and what I received were completely different. The picture looked very professional. What was delivered looked like a child had made it. I bought it because of the shape, like a Christmas tree. What I got was five or six different flowers a clump of Christmas ornaments and some branches stuffed in. The base wasn't even similar. It was advertised to be 2 feet tall it was closer to 1 foot and only because of one random branch sticking up....I guess that's their way of sticking to their substitution policy. I am furious. I HAVE contacted them and asked for a full refund. After reading reviews I don't have much hope. I will also be contacting my cc company.

“Horrible customer service ”

We are extremely disappointed in your customer service. We ordered a Christmas cactus for a very close family friend that is battling cancer. We wanted something that she could enjoy throughout the winter. Instead you delivered a plain Autumn Sunset Mum “A FALL PLANT”. My mom tried to contact your business to ask why this was the replacement and she was left with very short answers from your staff ultimately telling her there was nothing you would do about it. The least you could have done was exchanged it with a different winter arrangement, shouldn’t be a big deal since it looks like you have lots of options on your website, or maybe those are all sold out too and you send everyone with a cheap mum. Very unprofessional!!! We are not hard to please people but when you don’t work with your customers that reflects very poorly on your business. We will be reviewing you and won’t be saying positive things as any GOOD business thrives to get. Just a tip- mark things sold out on your website so others don’t go through this unfortunate situation. 74.00 later just trying to put a smile on someone’s face that needs it turned into a disaster! Never again.

“The flower arrangement was nothing like the picture...”

The floral arrangement Flower Shoppers sent was nothing like picture they had on their section site. - nothing like it. I ordered an arrangement with only roses - what came was an arrangement with daisies, a couple roses already fully bloomed and some run of the mill baby breath. The beautiful matt dusty rose pot in the picture was replaced with a cheap sparkly glass ugly ugly pot. When I emailed them their response pointed me to their website which states they are allowed substitutions and there was nothing they could do. I will never use them again

“Poor Quality ”

Flowers were delivers with half yellow half green leaves. They were turning colors upon arrivalal late Friday afternoon for a Saturday memorial. Sunday leaves were drying and began to fall off as well as flowers. I phoned they florist on the card and they were only willing to credit 20% until they realized that I ordered from flowershopping.com. I called them and after going back and forth via emails and them claiming to not receive my pics, then they couldn't open it they only offered me a 10% credit. My 1st and last time ordering and I will spread the word about the poor quality and poor customer service.

I ordered a rather expensive and beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my mom on her birthday, while she was in the hospital. In addition to the arrangment I also ordered a balloon. Additionally, I paid an additional fee to have the flowers delivered by noon. They had issues with their local florists and the arrangement was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. The company offered me an upgraded arrangement versus cancelling, to be delivered the next day. I agreed. Flowers were delivered to my mom, no balloon and the (upgraded) arrangement was less quality then the original arrangement. I contacted the company and was directed to their disclaimer that substitutions may be applied. Substituting for something of same or better quality is acceptable, delivering an arrangement with cheap flowers instead of roses is not acceptable. Oh, and did I mention they still charged me the rush fee for having it delivered the next day before noon? Really disappointed. I went with them because I was trying to support, what they state is, a family business, I should have stuck with the big box companies. I would not reccommend them to anyone.

Ordered flowers for anniversary. Was to be delivered the following day. Received call after 2 pm the day of telling me they could not deliver because “ I am looking on google maps street view and there is no house there” Well, I said, I hope there is, it was there when o left for work this morning. Have we become that lazy where we can not look up an address unless it’s in an iPhone or computer? I was then told they could get someone to deliver from outside my area for an additional $50. Lol. Oh. So for $50 more my house does exist? What kind of operation is this company running?

“Terrible Company Do NOT Use”

Absolutely terrible company. My mother ordered a dozen roses to be sent to me. FlowerShopping.com emailed my mother stating they had delivered the roses. They had not delivered the roses. Luckily I knew they were supposed to be delivered and told my mother I had not received them or she would have believed the roses had been delivered and thought I had simply forgot to thank her for them. She complained to FlowerShopping.com. Finally Flower Shopping emailed back "We know if is upsetting and frustrating, that there may have been a problem with the deliver of your order. Our top priority right now is to find out what happened and resolve this issue for you." The flowers were finally delivered a week late. The roses that were delivered were clearly over a week old and were dying with brown spots on them. They look terrible. My mother sent Flower Shopping photos of the roses that were eventually delivered. Flower Shopping sent an email stating "After reviewing this arrangement, we have found that our florist did not fill this to the full value of your order". They offered a 30% discount on flowers that were delivered a week late and were dying with brown spots on them. Absolutely horrible experience! My mother was so upset. She was crying saying I really wanted to send you something nice.

“Failed delivery”

It was my mother 93rd birthday yesterday. I ordered flowers for delivery yesterday and received a delivery confirmation yet they did not deliver the flowers!!!!! I called the customer service line and was told someone would call me back, this never happened. I called a second time and they wanted to know if I still wanted the flowers delivered which I did and asked for a refund on the shipping and handling fee as well as the same day delivery fee. I was told that I would get the same day fee back, $3.95. Very poor customer service. They do not care about rectifying their mistake to the satisfaction of a paying customer. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST IF FOR ANY IMPORTANT DATES.

“Fails to Deliver”

This service is horrible. I placed an order several days in advance of Mother's Day and requested delivery on the Thursday before Mothers' Day knowing there would be delivery issues. I accepted their delivery date and nothing showed up. No call or email or anything indicating the delivery was going to be late or not delivered at all. The charge posted against my credit card so I was convinced it was going to be delivered. I checked a few days after the delivery was supposed to happen and the charge was gone. When writing to the company using their Contact Us link, they noted not to place more than one inquiry or it would delay their response. Obviously they aren't responding. This is not a service I would recommend to anyone because they don't meet the dates THEY suggested and don't let you know of any issues with deliveries.

“Never ever use this company for funeral flower...”

Ordered a flower arrangement for a friend's funeral five days before the service. Made a note/ request with the order that it be delivered at least an hour before the service was to begin. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. And I was not notified that there was ANY problem until AFTER the service.
