My husband was so sweet to order flowers to be delivered to my work after I found out both of my parents have cancer. The flowers were very nice, a pretty but humble bouquet with two red roses, four fully bloomed carnations, and probably three or four stems worth of daisy blooms and carnation buds. “False Advertising ”

I ordered a PREMIUM flower bouquet for my mother in law for Mother's Day, that was to be from all her kids. The one she recieved was smaller then the "as seen" pic on the website. Customer service aknowlwdge my bouquet was small after I sent them a picture. They first offered to pick up the bouquet and leave my mother in law with nothing, lousy idea. I ordered a deluxe live plant arrangement for a funeral. When I saw it at the funeral home, I was shocked. I would hate to see what the standard size would be. Hi there, you can demand a refund as they are required to by law give you a refund if the product is not the quality of what was in the picture on the website. They do say on the website that flowers may be substituted with similar flowers if the flowers in the picture are not available, but they do say similar and if the bunch was that far off then you are entitled to a refund. They can't say no, they have to do it. If they don't, you can lodge a complaint with consumer protection I believe it is, or something similar like that.

Flowers didn't show up. Over $100 order. Then I called their 24/7 customer service which is a lie. It's a lady at home who knows nothing about your order, sitting in her pajamas. Placed the order 5 days before service and indicated the time that flowers (11am) needed to be at the church.
