We received a picture on our phone of the flowers we had sent to our family from your shop. It is difficult to choose flowers from a picture on the internet, and then choose and trust a shop and staff who would take care and pride in fulfilling our request. I am in California. I placed an order to be delivered to Frisco, Tx 2-3 days later. It was a patriotic arrangement with a special blue vase. I soon got a call to tell me that there had been a run on that arrangement and the vase would have to be ordered and might not be the exact one as shown on the website, but, would be blue. I ordered the Its a Girl Red Wagon and a Happy Birthday Mylar balloon and 2 pink latex balloons and typed out the free message to go with the arrangement. I paid extra to be delivered by noon the next day. About 3:30/4pm, received phone call stating they had trouble with internet and they werent able to get order out same day. She said they would remove the $3.95 same day deliver chg and was told delivery would go out 1st thing in the AM - bright and early. Flowers delivered to my mother in law for Valentines day were broken and dead. We were told they would be picked up and a new arrangement delivered the next day. A week later and several phone calls and we were still waiting. Finally received a beautiful arrangement 8 days later but by then the frustration wasn't worth it. The arrangement I ordered was "as shown" but the one delivered was considerably smaller. I was advised by "Customer Service" that the photo I sent was what I ordered and that the description and photo was of the deluxe arrangement. The florist who made the delivery advised me that no delivery fee was forwarded to him; therefore, he needed to deduct his fee. Be careful! (read more)

Terrible. They substituted flowers in the arrangement even though I had specified in their checkbox that they do not. The flowers that were substituted were of lower grade and the blossomed lillies that were the focal point clearly had bruising on the petals. They delivered the flowers over a week early which didn't correlate to the occasion they were suppose to be a surprise for. I purchased a rose/lilie arrangement for my wife for Valentines Day. A Holiday that is especially lonely for her because I work in Afghanistan. Luckily this year I was on leave for the Holiday. Like other customers I had no problem paying the premium do to the time of year. The description and picture showed a beautiful arragement that consisted of at least a dozen roses and lilies scattered throughout. I placed 2 orders for delivery to San Francisco last week for today, Valentine's Day. They are for 2 very very dear friends of mine. I recieved a phone call late last night from Flowershopping.com that they cannot deliver my orders unless I add more money. I've already paid online when I placed the order last week. They charged me a premium becuase it's Valentine's Day, which I had no problems with. But asking me for more money otherwise they will not deliver?????? I will never ever do... (read more)

they are what you call order gatherers. they are not a real florist. it is a phone bank that gathers the orders, takes $ off the top of your order and sells things that they dont even know what it is or if it is available. they are not in the town that they claim to be in. when you are online looking for a florist, call them , ask the person that answers the phone for their address. if they do not supply you with an address, you probably called an order gatherer. Sadly this is the case with several companies claiming to be the local florist online, even if you call and ask they will tell you they are.. Being a florist for a small local shop, we see this happen all the time and it makes us look bad since we fill the orders to the value that we recieve the orders for. Ordered at 12:30, before the 3:30 cut off for same day delivery. When we called at 5:30 for a status update the representative was rude and said they would call when it shipped. At 7:30 we got an email saying that they didn't ship it. So much for 100% satisfaction, but that's not all. At 9:00 the next morning we have a call saying we need to call to set up a delivery. This is not a local florist in the area you are sending flowers to. They are a collections service. They charge you big bucks they farm out your order to real local florist and give them half of what you paid. They are not a florist know nothing about flowers or the area your sending them to. This place pretends to be a local florist, it is actually a wharehouse somewhere with non florist personell answering the phones. You are then charged a large fee for them to redirect your order to a florist in the area you are needing them in. It is a scam, use a local florist. I needed to send send flowers to my mom for her Birthday and I found the Be Happy Bouquet on FlowerShopping.com...I compared the price to other sites and FlowerShopping.com had the best prices around. After I entered my order, I realized that I had entered the wrong delivery address so I Called FlowerShopping.com and the girl that answered the phone was so helpful and nice. DO NOT order flowers from this company! I made a horrible mistake and trusted them to deliver flowers to my wife on our anniversary. The order was placed at 10:00 am Central Time, plenty of time for a delivery. My wife was at a training center 1,400 miles away and I want to make sure she received the flowers when she returned to her hotel room. I agree. After ordering flowers on a Thursday after 3:30pm the site delivery would take place on Friday. I got a phone call late on Frdiay that it couldn't be done and if I would be okay with a Saturday delivery. I agreed as I was given an upgrade. Saturday came and I got another phone call that the sympathy arrangement couldn't be delivered until Monday due to flower shops closing at noon and they were busy with weddings and there was a parade in town. Really??? I cancelled the order and was able to contact a local florist who was more than happy to deliver on Saturday before 5pm.
