We ordered at 1028am and delivery was confirmed by email and tracking. We were happy and relieved until a call to the recipient highlighted that they had not arrived. A call to the company a deeper told that their system showed as not delivered, but our email and tracking were incorrect. All that was offered was an apology and redelivery a day late (and still not there)

Yes I received a really poor service too. I was also offered a delivery a day late. Clearly this company has no understanding that customers would like loved ones to celebrate on their actual special day. Really disappointing as I listebed to the empty promises on their website, ordered a week in advance and got nowhere when my carefully placed order was not fulfilled
