I ordered a Rose GIFT SET for 23 pounds. Instead all that was delivered was ONE Rose and NO chocolates. The Rose wasn't exactly in prestige condition either.

The Rose was delivered by a 200 pound women who probably ate the chocolates.

I spoke to a customer adviser who blatantly accused me of lieing by asking us to check the bag again... duh, like we didn't already.

Not impressed - what an expensive Rose... shan't be ordering from their again! Absolutely gutted!

Yes, seems to be a trend with this company. One third of my order didn't arrive either and there was no interest whatsoever in putting things right. Awful people to deal with. Never again!
