The bouquet was about half the size of the picture on the internet. I paid £29.99 plus another £4.99 delivery for a wrapped bouquet. All it contained were 9 carnations and 2 zanths. The response I got from the company was that it only deals with complaints that are made within 7 days of delivery. I've looked through the terms and conditions and can see no mention of this fact. Most people who have flowers delivered I would suggest are unlikely to see the flowers and to be able to complain in 7 days if needed to. The lady also said that the bouquet was made to the value, but the company could not give me a break down of the costs. I have estimated from the photograph of what arrived in the bouquet, that customers are charged nearly £3 each per carnation! Overall very poor value for money and very poor customer service skills.
