I bought a bouquet of flowers as a gift for mothers day a few days before the day 2014. Everything seemed to go through fine, they took my money, confirmed everything and the website made it appear that the florists where it would be delivered from was just a few miles from my Mum's home. Then at half two on mothers day I get a call from head office of Flowers Same Day telling me they cannot deliver because her house was too far away.
I was in a different country and was unable to organise anything else on the afternoon of the day. Surely they could have contacted me before this and give me a bit of warning.
Terribly organised, terrible service, and nothing offered but a sorry letter.
