The ordering process was easy to follow that was the good bit, i was asked for special delivery instructions which were totally ignored by the driver, when i called the customer service line to find out why i was shocked to be spoken to and over by a girl named Emma, she was totally rude and uninterested in the problem and did not listen a a word i said as she just spoke over me through the whole conversation.
there was no apolagy at all as to why the instructions were not followed and that the driver must not have seen them ?? why ask for them.
i would never use this service again and would strongly advise other not to either, shocking.
