Ordered flowers 10 days before Valentine's day, called after placed the order to confirm deliver details. Valentine's days arrived no flowers despite calling to ask where they were.

Called again to be told the courier had not delivered the flowers and would not be delivering them simply told can have flowers on another day or money back

Will never use this co any again total waste of time, and not helpful at all when contacting them
