“Flowers were not delivered”

The flowers were not delivered. I called and asked why, and they said the receiver had changed the date. This is not true, I ordered the flowers for personal use, and i never changed anything about that order! So they wanted to then deliver them the next day, but they were simply not delivered. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with them. I was about 1.5h on the phone with them, including about 45 minutes of being on hold. Then they said they will deliver them the next day (so 2 days late in total) and I said that by then I do not need them anymore, i needed them now. SO they agreed to delivering them on that they. However, after I hung up on the phone, i received an email from them saying they cancelled the delivery altogether now and were not delivering the flowers at all. This is absolutely unacceptable from their behalf.

“Simply awful in every way”

I used this site for the first time to send two Christmas bunches to my family and they arrived without a card and more or less dead! DO NOT EVER USE THIS ORGANISATION EVER!

“MOTHERS DAY DISASTER”

I ordered flowers to be delivered on March 6th - Mother's Day - and received a confirmation email. The money was debited from my account and I sat back and relaxed safe in the knowledge that my Mother's Day gift was sorted. Fast forward to March 16th and the flowers still have not arrived. There has been no explanation as to why they have not arrived. I have spent more than an hour on hold trying to get through to the customer service department with no success. I have tried live chat multiple times with no response. The emails I have sent have been met with an automated response stating I will receive an answer soon. To date I have had no response. So I am out of pocket the cost of the flowers plus I have to live with the fact that my mother received nothing on Mother's Day. A fact which is doubly heartbreaking since I live in Australia so couldn't even visit on Mother's Day. Worst company I have ever used and will never ever use them again. As a side note I find it very interesting that I can no longer find their facebook page despite posting a request for information last week.

“Mothers day disappointment!!”

I ordered a Hydrangea gift bag for my mum for mothers day as it said it could be planted in the garden to continue growing...what a brilliant gift....trouble is my mum received a rose instead! May sound nice but here's the problems 1) she hates roses 2) it's an indoor only plant 3) I was not informed that there were any problems with the Hydrangea, hence the reason for sending a rose Having emailed various different address I still haven't received any form of reply nearly a week later! I would not recommend this company to anyone and will definitely not be using them again!

“lovely flowers not so good customer service”

I ordered flowers for my mum paid extra for add ons which were not delivered but paid for ... flowers were beautiful and delivered when requested. Emailed the company regarding the missing product but have had no response.

“Lied about changing the address to the right one”

For Flowerfete I mistakenly put the wrong address on the order when I realised I emailed straight after ordering a full 48 hours before delivery. I sent 2 emails just in case they never got the first one. I rang their office when they did not email back. I spoke to a girl who told me it was no problem to change to the right address and my flowers would be delivered to the right one she even repeated the right address back to me. She assured me she would change the address and my flowers would be delivered. All lies and I am out of pocket with useless flowers and when I asked if they could re deliver them they told me there's nothing they could do. The guy I spoke to knew nothing about the company at all and kept me hanging on the phone fumbling about for 45 mins. Worse than terrible service. Don't use them they are an awful money grabbing company!

“AVOID!!”

Discount code entered and accepted, then full price taken from my card. Email to customer service totally ignored. Flowers bore no resemblance to photo, and were in poor condition. Would never use again, and would not recommend.

The worst service I have ever had. I ordered my flowers for my mum on Mothers Day - the flowers that arrived were different from the picture, the chocolates ordered with it never arrived and the delivery date was wrong. I contacted them straight away and from March and have been disgusted at the service. I have had to ask them for the third time why I still haven't received the refund they were meant to issue me from March. I would not recommend them!

“Never use again”

My daughter and son ordered flowers to be sent to me for my birthday. They arrived only to find a lily bud already dropped off and the stems not in the damp cloth used to keep them fresh. There was approximately 9o% green flowers and foliage, the two carnations were virtually dead and the rest looked very tired. My daughter complained, Flowerfete did not reply to her e-mail, and she had to phone. Poor customer service Today, two weeks later a new bouquet arrived. More colour and they look fresher.

“3 Wrong deliveries & broken promises”

My foster mother in particular loathes pink roses but all 3 orders were the same - a mixed bouquet of pink and orange - Which really didn't mix very well. I complained and was pleasantly surprised to be told they were sending complimentary bouquet to my recipients & money off my next order...Haha. Trust me. It never happened. “Never received flower and no one get back to you”

Worst company ever Ordered Mother's Day flowers, never received them. The phone is always on messages Emailed them no response back The company is designed so you can't contact them at all. They are a complete rip off and I will be reporting them to trading standards

“Avoid Like The Plague”

This company have failed on all fronts, I ordered 24 carnations and a small balloon to be delivered to my mothers for Mothering Sunday, for which I paid a delivery premium. The flowers did not arrive on Mothering Sunday but arrived mid day on Monday (1 day late), the flowers delivered consisted of 6 Roses and 2 Lilies and no small balloon? not the 24 carnations and small balloon ordered? I raised a request ticket on their web site Monday morning for which they have not replied, I raised a second request ticket on their web site today Wednesday and as yet have still not received a response. I have tried calling their customer services helpline repeatedly, but always get the same prerecorded reply that there is no one available to take the call and to submit an email. Their web site tells you to use their chat line to talk to them, but alas there is no chat line set up on the web site. THESE ARE WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST ON LINE FLORIST I HAVE EVER USED AND I SERIOUSLY SUSPECT THEM OF BEING A SPAM COMPANY, MY ADVICE IS, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, USE AN ALTERNATE ON LINE FLORIST, BUT BEWARE I THINK THIS COMPANY IS JUST A BRANCH OF IT'S PARENT COMPANY "I FLORSITS", THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT REPLIES WHEN YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICES HELPLINE AND GET THE PRERECORDED MESSAGE.

Wish I'd looked at reviews, as others have commented. Ordered flowers last Thursday for Mothers Day. Order confirmed delivery for Saturday. Here were are on Monday at 6pm and they still haven't been delivered. Phone enquiries not being answered and so called chat line only yielding automated style reply offering a £5 on future orders- some hope after this treatment. A tracking link was offered which takes you to the dreaded Hermes, with whom I have had issues in the past with two lost or destroyed orders, and all it says is that the order has been placed. Also very worrying in reviews is the quality of the flowers. Pity all this , Mum Is 94 so I might not get another chance.

“Very bad service!!!”

This company guarantee to get your delivery there on the selected day they offer you to pick! This is not necessarily the case!! I placed 2 orders on with Flowerfete separately but at the same time on the same day! One was received very late in the day and the other order never even got past an 'order generated' stage which mean nothing was done with this particular order! I was very disappointed even with the order that did arrive! As the pictures of what you should get was not what was sent and this wasn't just flowers I ordered! Also I have since sent numerous emails via 'chat' and other avenue's in order to be able to have some contact! This was not reciprocated at all! I have received nothing, not even a confirmation email of any of the emails sent since these orders were meant to be delivered! I will never use this disgraceful service ever again! Don't waste your money! Go to a reputable company who can give you a good service, know what you're getting and not waste your time!!

“If I could rate it less than 1 star I would”

I was left in the same boat as many it seems. I received an email this morning saying because I opted for free delivery it could take up to 48 hours AFTER my chosen delivery date, even though I ordered them a week ago, they couldn't send them a day or two early to make sure they got there on time could they? No. I ordered some flowers for my mum for mothers day and she didn't receive them. I too couldn't get through to customer services yesterday. You would have thought that with it being mothering sunday and a lot of people were relying on these deliveries, the customer service office would be open to answer any queries or explain what was going on. My mothers flowers turned up this morning but were delivered to her neighbour. She's at work and won't see them until this evening, I just hope they aren't dead and damaged as previously reported. Full Refunds should be offered. Will never ever use FlowerFete again.
