The goods, a hamper, was ordered and paid for, delivery promised on Dec 19th. No delivery. Emailed the support team team on the 20th. Today is 21st, no goods, no response to email, no money. Unbelievably terrible service.
Wish I'd checked out their reviews first. Non on this site but found plenty on other sites
Terrible, still don't know if I'll be able to get my money back as no response from customer service. Be warned.
