I ordered flowers for my grandmothers 90th birthday. Although they claim same day delivery, I was sent an email the day after the arrangement was supposed to be delivered letting me know that it was not delivered because my order was incomplete. After calling their customer service line I was told the arrangement I picked was not available. I was quoted multiple policies indicating how this was acceptable. The customer service representative disconnected me when I asked to speak with a supervisor after I refused to pay a 30% cancellation fee. After calling back I unfortunately got the same customer service representative who was condescending and rude. I must have requested 20 times to speak with a supervisor - finally after almost 25 minutes of hold time I did get through to a manager and received my refund. BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
