The worst experience of my life. I had ordered a bouquet for my mom on mothers. First they delivered it at night by 9 om when special instructions had already been given to them to deliver it in the morning. Secondly, the flowers were all dull as if the they were a week old. Lastly, the message which was to be written on the message card was written in an illegible handwriting that my mom couldn't even read the poem which I wrote for her.. My order # 38388 from FlowerAura was not delivered completely and they have 100% satisfaction guarantee where they refund 100% back if not satisfied. Below is what happened. I ordered Cake & Flower bouquet and 1. It to be delivered at Midnight 11:30 PM 13th FEB 2013, for which I was charged extra of 350 Rs. 2. I never knew that because of some jerk your best day(valentine) can become the worst day of your life. This is what happened when I ordered from FlowerAura. These guys charged me for everything you can think of, still being valentine day I had no second though of money. I am simply disappointed with No Show by FlowerAura team on flower delivery request by me .. I had paid INR 350/- extra for Midnight delivery, leave that, the arrangements have not been delivered at all .. These guys dont even deserve an one star rating. I have ordered for the Bouquet and gave them more than 24 hours for the valentines day order. But still they are yet to deliver the product,. They charge heavily. Please dont use this site at all... They are the worst. (read more)
