I wish I could give this company a Zero rating because a MONTH later and after two failed delivery attempts the flowers have still NOT been delivered and we need to chase them up - AGAIN.
My sister and I ordered flowers for a family member who had a triple heart bypass surgery. He is based in Germany and we live in New Zealand, so were unable to be there for him at a critical time.
FloraQueen did not deliver the flowers to the hospital - and failed to tell us. We needed to chase them up, only to be told that the courier company had damaged the flowers.
We arranged a second delivery attempt to the recipients home. Again - they never arrived - and we were not told. A month later and still no flowers and only an offer of a '10% discount' on the next delivery.
I will be taking this up with the local Consumer authorities. We have paid for a service for a loved family member when they were at a life critical phase in their life - and FloraQueen failed to deliver a basic gift of love and support.
The 'no-care' attitude on top of the non delivery has been jaw dropping. They are happy to take the $$ with no product delivery or customer service. Future Buyer Be Warned.
