The flowers were for a birthday. They did not arrive. Customer service claimed my mother was not in Eventually her husband went to a depot and collected a box of dead flowers 6 days after the date The customer service feedback was hard and there was only tracker to say she had not been in. They did not ring her or me. 60 euro for flowers never delivered. Dead on collection and no apology. The worst service I have ever had from any service . I have contacted them through the web every day but they have never said sorry.
