Beware. My experience this week is:
No delivery (despite showing delivered).
No call attempted.
No note left.
No reply to my previous requests for information / assistance.
No customer service at all.
It doesn't get any worse than this...
All that is left that I can do is report this to MasterCard and leave feedback...
