Ordered and paid for the flowers on Saturday, delivery for my father's funeral overseas on the Monday, emailed the customer service not once but twice to enquire if delivery was made. First email was ignored, second email received a reply advising me they were to contact the local floral company to confirm delivery and email me shortly, more than 24 hours later still no email.
Initially was advised I would be emailed as soon as delivery was made. it's now 3 days later and still waiting on confirmation. They really should have a contact number so you can get an immediate answer or even the flower shop's contact information so one can contact them directly. Very upset with my first ever experience sending flowers overseas.
