“Failed to deliver”

I ordered flowers last week to be sent abroad and to be delvered last Thursday to my daughter-in-law on the birth of our first grandchild. The flowers were never received. No note has been put through their door. Neighbours have not received the flowers. I gave the e-mail address of the recipient, as requested. I have e-mailed Floraqueen and received no reply after 48 hours. I don't know what else to do. I assume the money has been taken but we have received NOTHING. I am so sad because this was to be such a happy occasion and I wanted to express our love for our lovely daughter-in-law.
