I ordered flowers to arrive on Friday. They arrived on Monday. The card was partly typed, partly handwritten. Customer service replied quite quickly, but avoided all my questions. I had demanded a refund the day before they were delivered, but this has not been given and they are now saying that I provided the wrong address. This is not true, but it pushes the blame on me and means they don't have to give a refund.
