I ordered my Mom's a bouquet for Mother's day.My Mom lives in Germany, so when I called her on Mother's day she did not mention any flowers. I did ask her about it and she said she received a bouquet with a card from people she don't know. She received a complete different bouquet than ordered.I contacted Floraqueen and was told they look into it, that was on Sunday.Yesterday (Wednesday) I received an email that they will look into it,
I tried to contact them again but the website would not let me, whenever I tried to send a message the website would just reload. this was the first time I ordered from them and it was the last time too. I am warning everybody I know and can just advise anybody to order their flowers from somebody else.
If I could give less than a one-star rating I would do so.
