order accepted and charged several days before.
on delivery date check website and see order is canceled on that day due to:
"We regret to inform you that the recipient’s address is out of our delivery network; hence we will not be able to fulfill your request in delivering this order. Your order stands canceled and you will not be charged. We are extremely sorry as we could not help you with this order."
There is no email to inform you that they will no longer send the flowers. You have to check the website yourself. I wouldnt have minded if the order was just late, that seems to be a common problem. But to cancel without telling you on the day of delivery? This service is an easy way to spoil a special occasion.
