My daughter saved up her money £ 30 and ordered a large bunch of flowers for Mothers day. When they arrived we were so embarrassed by them we had to rush out a buy a replacement. As well as being a very poor bunch 15 stems they were wilting many were broken and had brown marks on the heads they looked like the last £2.50 bunch left on the garage forecourt.
I took pictures and sent them of asking for a refund they refused and offered a replacement bunch this is obviously not acceptable as it was for Mothers day and we had to purchase another bunch.
p.s. The picture on the website looked very nice. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!
