I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother to be delivered on the Saturday (the day before Mother's Day). I received notification on the Friday that they had been sent via the tracked Royal Mail service.

Saturday arrived, no flowers came. My mum was home all day and nothing came. Nothing sunday then monday arrived a bunch of flowers that were near dead such that she just threw them out.

Now im not saying the quality was poor to start with, had they arrived on time they may have been fine but they were past saving when they reached my mum.

I rang customer services three times and received no answer. I emailed and it took a second email to garner a response. That email asked for a photo of their flowers. I asked my mum for a photo and she sent me a photo of other flowers she had because she'd misunderstood - she said she'd just binned them as they looked worse than ones she'd had at home for weeks and took a photo of the ones she'd had for weeks not the ones she binned if that makes sense.

I explained to customer services that I wasn't concerned about quality as I believed that to be due to the delivery date issue but they refused to investigate the delivery issue at all, or apologise without "a photo" of their flowers, which I simply don't have. I asked if they were suggesting Id made up an order because on the tracking info they gave me it showed clearly the flowers were delivered on the monday. They refused to investigate delivery issues until they had "clarification" that flowers were sent by them.

I have never in all my life bothered reviewing a company online before but I am shocked and appalled at the attitude of this company. It may be that this was a royal Mail error not theirs but a little courtesy wouldn't go amiss. My situation is still not resolved. It may have only been £30 of flowers but it's the principle that galls me such that in my last email ive had to explain that I will be issuing proceedings in the small claims court if I don't hear from them satisfactorily in the next week. If anyone else wants to join me in the course of action let me know.

Do NOT use this company. I wish I'd read reviews in advance!
